FAQ
1. How long will the session last?
Depends on which package you select, but will run no longer than 15 minutes past the allotted time. There will be an additional charge at 15 minutes beyond the allotted time, and every 5 minutes thereafter.
II. Do you offer outdoor and studio sessions?
I can shoot outdoors or indoors at a desired location. Note: it is your responsibility to secure permission to shoot on location.
III. Can I bring props and personal items?
Please do! Just let me know beforehand what you plan to bring so I can get the creative juices flowing!
IV. What if it rains on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We will reschedule to the next available time that works for both parties!
V. How do I prepare for a session?
Get ready like normal and be on time for your location! At least ten minutes before your appointment, I will text/email you to let you know that I am here and where I am!
VI. Can I include my family and pets?
Yes, pets are included in all packages. The inclusion of family will have to be booked for the family package.
VII. Do you provide hair and make-up services?
Nope and trust me you don't want me to try.
VIII. How soon will I receive my photos?
For the smaller packages (the mini and Basic), typically within a week. The larger packages, such as the standard and premium, are within two weeks.
IX.Do you offer photo retouching and editing?
Yes! My edits are only for color, exposure, crop, and temporary blemishes (such as pimples). None of my photos utilizes extensive Photoshop techniques.
X.What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Check your contract, but rescheduling and canceling are generally at the photographer's discretion. Rescheduling is not permitted unless it is an emergency or considered an “act of God.” You may cancel one day before your booked session.
